About the Role:
As the Fraud Lead, you will be the foremost technical authority guiding Transmit Security's fraud detection and response engine. You will be responsible for the professional logic that underpins our product, guaranteeing that the core of our platform is technically sound, scientifically validated, and industry-leading.
Your role will involve acting as a System Architect for the fraud domain, bridging the gaps between Research, Data Science, and Analytics. You will also serve as the primary technical consultant for our clients, assisting them in understanding, integrating, and optimizing the fraud logic that safeguards their environments. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated Product team (who shapes the roadmap) and a Platform Engineering team (who constructs the infrastructure).
What You’ll Do:
Technical Domain Architecture
- Logic Blueprinting: Design comprehensive technical logic for detection features, from telemetry ingestion to real-time response.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure effective operationalization of Fraud Research insights by the Data Science team and accurate presentation by the Analytics team.
- Architecture Governance: Establish technical standards for detection logic development, ensuring scalability and compatibility with the infrastructure managed by the Platform Engineering team.
Customer Engagement & Technical Advisory
- Technical Expert: Serve as the lead technical consultant for high-value clients, conducting in-depth sessions with client-side engineers and fraud experts to elucidate our detection methodologies and data requirements.
- Integration Strategy: Guide clients on effectively leveraging our technical logic within their unique business contexts.
