Your Role as Lead Full Stack Engineer

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer at CoverGo, you will be pivotal in shaping the technical direction and execution of our high-caliber insurance platform. Your role will encompass hands-on development while leading and mentoring a team of engineers, particularly in integrating AI-driven solutions to advance our technological capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include making architectural decisions, establishing development standards, and promoting innovation with a focus on scalable software design, team performance, and continuous integration. Your Responsibilities

Oversee the complete development lifecycle of our SaaS platform, from design through implementation to deployment and maintenance, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Full Stack Engineers, supporting their professional growth through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
Define and implement the technical strategy for AI integration, collaborating with product and data teams to deliver AI-enhanced features that boost automation and user experience.
