About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Functional Systems Lead to take charge of the system-level architecture, requirements, and integration across our embedded software, electrical systems, and controls for innovative energy storage products. This role is pivotal at the intersection of embedded systems, electrical engineering, and system modeling, ensuring our offerings are safe, reliable, and efficient from the cell to the grid.
In this position, you will be responsible for defining functional requirements, system behavior, and safety architecture while collaborating closely with embedded, hardware, and modeling teams. You may also oversee the development of embedded software for critical safety functions. This is a hands-on leadership role well-suited for a candidate who excels in ambiguous situations and desires to influence both product and engineering trajectories.
