Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (negotiable based on experience) + Profit-Share Bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

We are seeking a motivated and commercially savvy Lead Generation Specialist to join a well-established organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in a vibrant environment, enjoy forging relationships, and possess the confidence to connect with potential clients.

Your role will be crucial in generating new business opportunities, enhancing engagement through outbound activities, and contributing to a robust, high-quality sales pipeline. Collaborating closely with both the Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager, you will ensure campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and outreach efforts are perfectly aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients across vital sectors, manage a strong pipeline through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn interactions, networking, and market research. Work with the Marketing Manager to leverage campaign data to target the right audiences and maintain precise CRM records.

  • Opportunity Identification: Grasp customer needs and challenges to see where our products and services can provide value. Qualify prospects based on commercial feasibility and business requirements.
  • Enquiry Generation & Sales Support: Start conversations with potential customers to generate new enquiries, prepare and send introductory materials and follow-up documentation.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Engage daily with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and outbound business development efforts. Provide regular updates and pipeline reports to maintain quality standards throughout the sales process.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting trust-based relationships with potential clients while maintaining a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach across all interactions.
