Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (negotiable based on experience) + Profit-Share Bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Your role will be crucial in generating new business opportunities, enhancing engagement through outbound activities, and contributing to a robust, high-quality sales pipeline. Collaborating closely with both the Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager, you will ensure campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and outreach efforts are perfectly aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients across vital sectors, manage a strong pipeline through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn interactions, networking, and market research. Work with the Marketing Manager to leverage campaign data to target the right audiences and maintain precise CRM records.
