DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect Identification: Conduct thorough research to find potential leads utilizing various platforms, including social media, online forums, and industry events.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Implement focused outbound marketing campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage and qualify prospective clients.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and sustain relationships with potential leads by providing ongoing communication and relevant information.
- Qualify Leads: Evaluate leads based on specified criteria to ensure they are suitable for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the CRM system, documenting all interactions and updates effectively.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and refine outreach strategies.
- Reporting & Metrics: Monitor and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall performance to meet targets.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new lead generation opportunities.
Requirements
REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate lead quality effectively.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of lead generation best practices and methodologies.
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar is a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of outbound sales and marketing techniques.
