Join Crewbloom as a Lead Generation Supervisor, where you will be at the forefront of our lead generation and referral development strategies. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing, executing, and managing innovative lead generation tactics. You will oversee the entire process, from sourcing and researching prospects to outreach, qualification, and scheduling pre-assessment appointments. With a focus on boosting both inbound and outbound referral opportunities, you will manage referral outreach campaigns effectively. Your role also supports the pre-assessment stage and, when necessary, you will conduct pre-assessment calls, assisting the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion. You will ensure meticulous documentation, timely follow-ups, and strict adherence to compliance and data protection protocols.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and implement lead generation plans to consistently generate warm, qualified prospects for intake and conversion.
- Design and manage outreach campaigns targeting private-pay prospects and referral partners to enhance lead flow and strengthen our referral pipeline.
- Thoroughly source, research, and manage prospect and referral lists ensuring optimal outreach and conversion.
- Execute structured multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email) following approved messaging and compliance standards.
- Assess and qualify prospects based on their service needs, urgency, location, and suitability.
- Engage leads through structured follow-up cycles until they are ready for pre-assessment scheduling.
- Coordinate pre-assessment appointments directly with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion and confirm details with clients.
- Conduct pre-assessment calls to support the Supervisor during peak or urgent periods.
- Update CRM stages, notes, tags, tasks, and communication logs immediately after each interaction.
- Notify the Managing Member and Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion about warm leads, scheduled pre-assessments, or successful conversions.
- Generate weekly performance reports on lead generation and referral metrics including lead volume, warm leads, campaign effectiveness, and improvement recommendations.
- Drive the performance of outbound and referral campaigns to generate necessary lead volume for growth.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies including cadence, messaging, targeting, and list quality based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion to ensure seamless transitions and optimal lead readiness for pre-assessment.
- Work alongside the Supervisor for HR Recruitment to align staffing needs with projected lead and referral volumes.
- Maintain effective communication via WhatsApp channels and ensure all appointments are accurately reflected on internal calendars.
- Proactively identify declines in lead quality or outreach performance and provide corrective strategies.
