Role overview
The Lead Hardware Development Team position centers on guiding the hardware development group at Priva’s De Lier campus. This role combines leadership, delivery management, and process improvement to ensure the team’s work aligns with business objectives. The team lead sets priorities, clarifies processes, and supports project management activities to keep development efforts on track.
What you will do
- Direct and support the hardware team, maintaining focus and consistency through each stage of the development cycle.
- Establish clear priorities and processes to foster high-quality product development.
- Collaborate with product management, project managers, systems engineering, software, quality assurance, and external development partners to keep the team organized and effective.
- Promote a collaborative environment and seek ways to improve how the team works together and with other groups.
