Role overview
The Lead HR Business Partner partners closely with senior leaders in both the CTO and COO organizations. This position plays a central role in shaping and executing people strategies that help teams perform at their best. Core responsibilities include compensation planning, talent development, organizational design, and leading HR transformation projects. Daily work involves providing operational HR support, answering HR-related questions, and contributing to people team initiatives.

Work location
This hybrid role is based in Palo Alto, California. The schedule includes three days per week onsite, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
