  • Automation & Agents (streamlining workflows)

We are currently establishing a Value Engineering function to enhance our ability to identify, assess, and scale high-value use cases throughout our go-to-market initiatives.

The Role

We are in search of our inaugural Value Engineering Lead who will define and amplify how Unframe:

  1. Identifies the optimal use cases
  2. Quantifies and demonstrates business value
  3. Transforms POCs into enterprise-wide programs

This position diverges from traditional ROI modeling roles.

You will work at the crossroads of sales, product, and strategy, contributing to deal structuring, team training, and developing systems that convert value into a sustainable growth engine.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop High-Value Use Cases (Core Responsibility)

  • Collaborate with Account Executives early in the deal process to identify and refine the most impactful use cases
  • Facilitate discussions from “what do you want to build” to where is the measurable value
  • Utilize structured frameworks to prioritize use cases based on:
    • volume, cost, and frequency
    • operational friction
    • business impact

2. Quantify & Prove Value (Accelerating Deals)

  • Convert use cases into clear, defensible business cases
  • Establish:
    • baseline metrics
    • anticipated outcomes
    • success criteria for POCs
  • Support POCs as proof-of-value exercises, extending beyond technical validation
  • Build execution frameworks...
