Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in construction or bathroom remodeling experience. Acrylic installation experience is mandatory. Proficient in carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, or plumbing. Experience in commercial, high-rise, and multi-unit remodeling is preferred. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently. Excellent customer interaction skills are essential. Familiarity with technology such as iPads for documenting installation progress. Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including overseeing Apprentice Installers. Must pass a DMV check for insurance purposes.
