Your Qualifications:Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Professional Experience: Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Franchise Management, Retail Consulting, or Strategic Sales. Ideally, experience with multi-site or franchise networks, with a preference for candidates from the gaming industry. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategic recommendations. Communication: Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the retail and gaming industries is advantageous.

Your Playing Field:

  • Manage a portfolio of key franchise partners in Germany, taking charge of their strategic direction and serving as their primary point of contact for business development.
  • Ensure alignment between franchise partners and company objectives, fostering long-term partnerships focused on profitability, scalability, and network stability.
  • Regularly analyze financial and operational metrics (KPIs), prepare structured reports, and develop performance reviews, dashboards, and business cases for franchise partners.
  • Identify performance gaps based on analysis and collaborate with franchise partners to implement specific performance improvement measures.
  • Create tailored development plans for key franchise partners and assist in portfolio optimization and decisions regarding shop expansion or consolidation.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and risks within the franchise network and take appropriate action.
  • Represent the interests of key franchise partners internally and coordinate closely with relevant departments to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure franchise partners operate within contractual, commercial, and compliance frameworks, support the consistent implementation of shop standards, and detect risks or performance deviations early.
