Role Overview
As the Maintenance Technician Team Lead, you will be instrumental in initiating and developing Exotec’s maintenance operations in Ireland. Being our inaugural hire in the region, your role will involve implementing established service delivery processes from the UK and Europe, tailored to meet the specific needs of our key client, a prominent food and beverage distributor.
This hands-on position requires you to allocate your time between maintaining advanced automation systems at our client’s warehouse and leading a small, dynamic team of technicians. It's an ideal opportunity for a seasoned maintenance technician looking to transition into a leadership role, or for an experienced leader who thrives in dynamic environments and wishes to shape local maintenance operations.
