About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Lead MLOps Engineer to spearhead our expanding MLOps Practice. In this critical role, you will be the technical authority responsible for shaping and executing the MLOps strategy. You will design and maintain robust machine learning pipelines, ensuring the seamless deployment of AI models into production. Our focus on agility, human-centric approaches, social inclusion, and digital transformation underpins our strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the MLOps technical strategy and roadmap for the bank.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor for MLOps engineers.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable machine learning and CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee the efficient deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI models in production.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance model performance and deployment.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, including version control, model governance, and monitoring.
- Evaluate and integrate new MLOps tools and technologies.
