Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Full Stack Engineer to integrate into our Software Development team as part of our established Scrum teams. Each agile team comprises roles in technical leadership, development, architecture, QA, product, and project management. We are looking for a robust engineering leader who merges profound hands-on development skills with an AI-first approach. This position demands an AI Champion, someone who actively employs AI tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle and enhances engineering productivity, quality, and delivery through practical and responsible AI integration. You will not only create high-performance applications, including high-traffic customer-facing platforms, but also amplify engineering excellence by implementing modern practices, tools, and methodologies.
