To support our growth, we are seeking a talented People Operations Lead who will be responsible for designing and managing the framework necessary to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent within a fast-paced and collaborative setting.
About the Role
This role offers significant impact and ownership at the heart of our people operations. You will oversee essential people functions, contributing to the development of systems, processes, analytics, and programs that enhance our hiring, onboarding, employee experience, talent development, and organizational scalability.
You will collaborate directly with leadership and work closely with hiring managers to influence how a high-performing, talent-rich organization recruits, develops, and supports its workforce.
We are in search of an individual who embodies operational excellence, demonstrates sound judgment, possesses analytical skills, and has a genuine passion for building effective solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable with hands-on operations while designing processes that will grow alongside the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & People Infrastructure
- Take ownership of and enhance core people processes, including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, compliance documentation, benefits administration, and HR systems.
- Develop and optimize scalable people operations infrastructure, comprising workflows, policies, templates, documentation, reporting routines, and process controls.
- Oversee HR vendors, benefits partners, systems providers, and external advisors.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline operational workflows.
Recruiting, Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Enhance the recruitment process for highly selective technical, research, and engineering positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate interview processes, candidate communication, scheduling, feedback collection, and offer logistics.
- Create a polished and thoughtful candidate experience that aligns with the firm’s values.
- Design and refine onboarding programs that enable new hires to quickly become productive and engaged.
