This position plays a key role in connecting HR strategy to the company’s mission of empowering people to help one another. The Lead People Partner will collaborate with leaders and employees to build a workplace where individuals can thrive and contribute to a strong, high-performance culture.

Role responsibilities

  • Advise Product & Technology leaders and teams on HR topics, serving as a trusted partner for both day-to-day and strategic matters.
  • Implement HR programs and strategies that support business objectives.

Requirements
