Qualifications
Desired ProfileProven experience (5+ years) in PHP development. At least 2 years in a Lead Developer or Tech Lead position with direct team management. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), planning, and tracking tools (Jira). Proficient in technical project management, prioritizing tasks, and making quick decisions. Able to work remotely with multicultural teams. Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and verbal. Solution-oriented, autonomous, collaborative, and responsible. A keen interest in artificial intelligence or experience with AI tools is a significant advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Lead PHP Developer, you will take on a pivotal role within our technical team, focusing on three core areas:
1. Technical Guidance & Team Leadership
- Lead and enhance the skills of a backend development team distributed internationally.
- Facilitate team rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure high technical quality.
2. Project Management & Deadline Adherence
- Work closely with the Country Manager and PM to estimate tasks, prioritize backlogs, and plan sprints.
- Monitor project progress, raise alerts, and adjust resources as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and technical commitments.
3. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Provide clear and regular updates on development progress to product, tech, and management teams.
- Anticipate technical risks and propose solutions.
- Coordinate interactions with QA, DevOps, security, and support teams.
