This pivotal role involves designing and developing an innovative cricket tracking system. You will significantly influence the architecture, technical direction, and implementation of a cutting-edge tracking platform utilized in live sports settings.
We seek a candidate who excels at both deep technical analysis and overarching system design, bringing substantial C++ proficiency, computer vision expertise, and leadership skills to guide a small, high-performing team.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal Computer Vision Engineer to take charge of the development of a new, production-quality cricket tracking system, influencing its design, development, and scalability.
This position encompasses more than just implementation; it includes establishing technical standards, shaping architecture, leading a small team, and ensuring that systems are robust, scalable, and ready for production.
The role is heavily focused on algorithms, emphasizing accuracy, performance, and system-level thinking, incorporating modern C++, multi-camera geometry, and real-time tracking systems.
Key Projects
Spearheading the design and development of an advanced cricket tracking system
Managing tracking pipelines across the entire system
Defining and refining system architecture
Enhancing robustness, accuracy, and performance in live sports contexts
Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure technical delivery aligns with product objectives
Facilitating integration with broader tracking, broadcast, and platform systems
Investigating future capabilities, including AR and broadcast enhancements
