Join Creative Chaos as a Principal DevOps Engineer specializing in Azure, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure that our services adhere to contractual SLAs while leading urgent projects and technical challenges.
- Oversee compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) as stipulated in contracts.
- Lead critical projects and issues, ensuring effective communication of statuses and allocation of resources as necessary.
- Design, build, and manage cloud initiatives, while supporting automation modules using Puppet technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the technology stack, including Linux, Networking, and Load Balancing.
- Utilize robust process methodologies and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish and deploy a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure.
- Develop and implement environments for quality assurance, development, and production.
- Deploy and support applications within a cloud environment, ensuring security, reliability, scalability, and automation.
- Provide direct server support during deployment and general production operations.
- Work closely with developers to ensure new environments are compliant with requirements and best practices.
- Design, implement, and test infrastructures as per agreements.
- Automate deployment processes for Linux applications, system configurations, and security settings.
- Participate in evaluating candidates for open positions.
