Role Overview:As a Principal Front-End Software Engineer, you will be instrumental within the Customer domain, working across various domains to architect and deliver frontend solutions that enhance key customer journeys across KingMakers’ gaming platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and advancing robust, low-latency, and scalable frontend applications that provide a seamless, high-quality experience for our customers. In close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and senior technical stakeholders, you will influence architectural decisions, establish frontend engineering standards, and promote best practices across teams. This position offers the chance to make a significant technical impact across domains while contributing to a rapidly growing company that is redefining digital sports and gaming entertainment across Africa. Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Set and uphold high standards for frontend code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects. Project Oversight: Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to efficiently plan, scope, and deliver projects on time. Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges related to scalability, performance, and user experience, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to enhance product quality and performance.
