Role Overview: Principal Product Manager
Hutch is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and growth of our flagship motorsport title - F1 Clash. This role is pivotal in our ambition to become the leading mobile racing game.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be the strategic architect for the game's economy and live operations. You will oversee the roadmap, manage complex pricing structures, and lead a high-performance team to elevate the game to unprecedented heights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Economy Ownership
- Vision & Strategy: Develop and implement the comprehensive Live Operations & Economy roadmap, aligning seasonal updates with long-term commercial objectives and sustainable growth.
- Economy & Pricing Governance: Assume full responsibility for in-game balance, currency management, and pricing strategy to enhance player lifetime value (LTV) and satisfaction.
- Annual Season Change Ownership: Spearhead the critical Annual Season & Economy Reset, crafting the strategy for significant meta shifts and economic refreshes that shape the game's annual cycle.
- Optimization & Scale: Lead the A/B testing initiatives and identify the technical tools necessary to establish an elite, automated team workflow.
Execution & Team Management
- Content & Campaign Delivery: Collaborate closely with the Design team, CRM Manager, and Associate PM to ensure the successful execution of events, promotions, CRM strategies, and Webstore operations.
- Operational Excellence: Guarantee seamless live operations, ensuring total economic stability and impactful content refreshes.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and develop the Associate PM, fostering a culture of accuracy, innovative problem solving, and data-driven decision-making.
