Role Overview: Lead Producer (Chicago)

The Lead Producer joins the Fever Originals team to design and deliver large-scale Strategic Scalable Initiatives (SSI) events in Chicago. This position guides a team of Associate and Junior Producers, focusing on high-quality, memorable experiences for diverse audiences.

This role involves adapting events to local needs, suggesting new production formats and technology improvements, and influencing event strategy. The Lead Producer ensures projects meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining high standards.

Lead and mentor Associate and Junior Producers
