Your Role as Lead Product Designer
As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user-focused solutions across internal tools, enterprise applications, and mobile platforms. Your design acumen will guide the design process and influence strategic decisions, ultimately elevating the user experience. Collaborating closely with teams from Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business, you will address complex challenges. This position is based at our Grab Malaysia office, reporting directly to the Design Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit exceptional design thinking and craftsmanship across visual, interactive, content, and information architecture design.
- Champion design excellence and systemic approaches, guiding cross-functional partners and teams.
- Lead design-driven initiatives within challenging problem domains in collaboration with various partners.
- Contribute to the design and product strategy from a holistic, customer-centric standpoint.
- Enhance the design system, promoting a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.
- Conduct and facilitate diverse design processes to improve outcome quality.
- Shape the evolution of our design organization, enhancing design culture, empowerment, and processes.
- Mentor and coach fellow designers to uphold standards of design quality and excellence.
