The Sensors Division at Systems Technology Research (STR) is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technology for advanced sensor systems and platforms that support national security initiatives. Our Defense Systems Researchers engage in the study of intricate defense technologies, enhancing them through the development of representative, physics-based models, comprehensive data analysis, performance metrics establishment, and mission requirements evaluation. Additionally, our researchers integrate the critical algorithms and control systems essential for modern defense operations.
The Systems Autonomy, Analysis, and Modeling (SAAM) Group within the Sensors Division focuses on innovating new concepts for next-generation ground-based, airborne, and space-based RF and EO/IR sensor systems and platforms. We employ a variety of modeling, simulation, and analytical tools, ranging from low to high fidelity, to inform system design and development. Our primary clientele includes the Air Force, Navy, and DARPA research programs.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager with a solid engineering background to oversee a portfolio of projects centered around modeling, simulation, and autonomy development within the SAAM Group.
