Lead Project Manager in Business Change

Essential Skills and Experience:Over 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in the Financial Services sector. Thorough understanding of diverse project methodologies, planning processes, and techniques. Extensive experience in monitoring and reporting within project environments. Proven track record of managing multiple projects, each lasting a minimum of 6 months and with budgets exceeding £1 million. Expertise in delivering medium-scale cross-functional business change projects. Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts within project settings. Experience in executing complex, varied, ambiguous, and high-value projects. Strong stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of project constraints and complexities. Familiarity with risk management principles and their implications on projects. Experience managing teams of at least 5 personnel. Successful management of third-party relationships. Adaptability to work effectively in uncertain and changing environments. Direct management of 2 or more projects that exhibit the aforementioned characteristics. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Understanding of the banking market, including products and competitors. Knowledge of banking regulations and legislative frameworks. Certification as a Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent professional qualification.
