In this role, you will serve as the primary accountability leader for delivering intricate digital projects within the designated timeline and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. As both Project Manager and Scrum Master, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring project scope, schedule, cost, and risk while coaching cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies. Your goal is to transform business objectives into deliverable increments each sprint, ensuring stakeholder alignment and a streamlined team workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.
Work with stakeholders to clearly define project objectives, ensuring both technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Create comprehensive project plans to track progress, manage timelines, and oversee deliverables.
Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies to monitor project performance and ensure successful outcomes.
Provide regular updates to management and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for continuous alignment and effective communication.
Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate their impact on projects.
Engage with clients to clarify project requirements and expectations.
Oversee cross-functional teams of 10-15 members, including Developers, UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers.
Assess current Agile practices, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Manage project workflows using JIRA and Confluence, providing training to team members as required.
Ensure adherence to software quality standards and timely, budget-compliant delivery of project requirements.
