*This is a Hybrid position, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote each week.*
The Lead Project Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding a creative team dedicated to producing dynamic and innovative presentations for our banking clientele. You will be responsible for the daily management and enhancement of our client's creative projects, ensuring performance aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying client needs, setting objectives, and coordinating project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary supervisor and liaison for clients and internal project teams, including offshore resources.
- Provide training and mentorship to project managers, creative personnel, and new hires as necessary.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Stay informed about and comply with facility procedures, operations, and protocols.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead creative teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication, keeping clients and stakeholders updated on project progress.
- Manage and track a significant volume of data-related components and updates in the client and/or RRD project tracking system.
- Exhibit deep expertise in all facets of Creative Services.
- Lead client meetings and production status calls, engaging appropriate resources from both onsite and offshore teams as needed.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and print production to establish project timelines, create estimates, track schedules, and address any requests for additional information or materials.
- Provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders regarding project status.
- Uphold established deadlines while delivering innovative designs that respect the client's budget constraints.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, collaborating with clients to deliver services that foster customer loyalty.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met across all team members and components involved in the process.
- Report on global SLAs and KPI metrics, working with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Proactively manage client expectations and drive solutions for any emerging issues, collaborating with internal partners as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks and participate in special projects as assigned.
