Join Vectara as a Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives. This dynamic position involves outbound prospecting to high-priority target accounts and engaging with intent prospects, alongside managing inbound leads generated by our marketing team.

Your primary responsibilities will include crafting and executing automated email outreach, engaging on LinkedIn, and making phone calls to prospective clients, with the goal of scheduling meetings that convert into sales accepted leads. To succeed, you will need to maintain a high volume of outreach to meet your lead generation targets.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with our marketing team to understand campaign themes and target accounts, as well as with the sales team to grasp qualification criteria and buying trends.
