In the role of Security Architect, you will take charge of all Software Security initiatives for Dexterity’s innovative Robotics Product Lines. This is a dynamic and highly visible position that demands hands-on engagement, including code writing, policy development, and collaboration with auditors, prospects, and clients to ensure compliance with security standards.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining our Security Guidelines, Incident Response Plan, and other critical policy documents to reflect the latest industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with a skilled team of Software and DevOps Engineers, Operations personnel, and Customer Success Managers to ensure that our policies and processes are robust and effectively communicated.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have successfully led or played a pivotal role in achieving ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance within a software organization. Significant hands-on experience in production environments is essential. Additional tasks will involve requirement analysis, mentoring software developers, and disseminating best practices through documentation.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of contemporary DevOps/SecOps tools and industry trends. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are crucial. Proficiency in C++ and Python is required to navigate all necessary levels of responsibility to ensure success.
