RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Customer Engagement technical development. Deep expertise in X++, C#, . NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Proven experience in developing D365 customizations, extensions, workflows, and integrations. Demonstrated proficiency in integrating D365 with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions. Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and source control. Strong understanding of D365 deployment models, release pipelines, and environment management. Experience in troubleshooting across Development, UAT, and Production environments. A solid grasp of D365 security framework (roles, privileges, duties). Exceptional skills in system architecture and performance optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders. Experience working with Public Sector or clients from the MEA region is advantageous.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the architecture and development of extensive Dynamics 365 implementations within the realms of Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM.Your expertise will be instrumental in converting intricate business needs into robust, secure, and high-performing solutions by utilizing the complete Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure services.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide the technical architecture, solution design, and development for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement implementations.Customize and expand D365 functionalities using X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and batch processes.Design and implement integrations utilizing REST APIs, OData, Data Management Framework (DMF), Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Participate in every phase of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to development and DevOps best practices.Collaborate with functional consultants to transform business requirements into technical designs.Create custom reporting solutions using SSRS, Power BI, and Electronic Reporting.Execute and support data migration strategies through DMF and data packages.Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and stability.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and deployment guides.Mentor junior consultants and assist in pre-sales activities, including estimations and proposals.
