Responsibilities:Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of programmers, fostering their growth and development. Engage in the programming and development of our digital games utilizing Unity. Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to bring innovative game concepts to fruition. Maintain high standards of technical excellence and quality across all game projects. Establish and promote best practices, processes, and tools for the programming team. Cultivate a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Take part in strategic planning and decision-making processes to propel the growth and success of the team and company. Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in mobile game programming with Unity, specifically within the gaming industry. A proven history of managing and leading programming teams effectively. In-depth understanding of game development processes and pipelines. Fluency in English (B2-C1 level). Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments. A genuine passion for gaming and a commitment to producing high-quality, engaging digital games.
