Our Mission
The Ecosystem Engineering team is pivotal within the Solana ecosystem, blending business acumen, technological expertise, and innovative solutions. We provide essential technical guidance and architecture reviews, working collaboratively with teams of all sizes to accelerate the adoption of technical public goods through strategic coding and coordination.
Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Architect to spearhead our integration strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert for banks, payment processors, and fintech companies, architecting enterprise-grade integrations and developing standards to position Solana as the preferred blockchain for financial institutions in APAC. This position requires a fusion of in-depth solutions architecture knowledge, executive collaboration, and regional strategic thinking.
Your Responsibilities
- Defining the Institutional Roadmap: Formulate, prioritize, and execute a multi-quarter strategy to enhance Solana adoption among key service providers in APAC, identifying critical markets, target demographics, and technical specifications.
- Providing Executive-Level Technical Leadership: Engage directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and C-suite executives at major banks and fintechs, establishing yourself as their trusted technical advisor for strategic decisions.
- Becoming the APAC Institutional Authority: Act as the leading voice on institutional blockchain adoption in the region, representing the Solana Foundation in discussions with ecosystem teams and at industry conferences.
- Building Strategic Relationships: Foster and nurture robust technical relationships with vital institutional players, regulators, and infrastructure providers throughout the APAC markets.
- Driving Regional Standards: Lead the identification and adoption of standards and frameworks that comply with APAC-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore).
