As the Lead Supply Chain Commercial Manager, you will spearhead the supplier selection and negotiation processes. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and establish partnerships with top-tier suppliers. - Lead the RFx and Supplier Selection processes with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate optimal value through comprehensive cost negotiations.
- Finalize contract negotiations to facilitate a smooth transition into production.
- Manage relationships to cultivate productive partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to enhance policies and procedures, driving organizational value and efficiency.
- Travel requirements: 20%.
