What You Need:Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields. Proven expertise in cost negotiations within the Automotive or Aerospace industries. Thorough understanding of high-volume supply contracts. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly-regulated environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong internal and external negotiation capabilities. Adept at navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions based on limited information. A strong sense of curiosity and meticulous attention to detail. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do:

As the Lead Supply Chain Commercial Manager, you will spearhead the supplier selection and negotiation processes. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and establish partnerships with top-tier suppliers. Join our visionary team and contribute to a groundbreaking technology that is reshaping the landscape of sustainability and transportation.
  • Lead the RFx and Supplier Selection processes with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate optimal value through comprehensive cost negotiations.
  • Finalize contract negotiations to facilitate a smooth transition into production.
  • Manage relationships to cultivate productive partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to enhance policies and procedures, driving organizational value and efficiency.
  • Travel requirements: 20%.
