Your Responsibilities

As a Lead Technical Product Manager, you will face a variety of challenges daily that include:

  • Overseeing team projects, ensuring they progress as planned, managing backlogs effectively, and developing coherent plans.

  • Identifying new project opportunities, comprehending user pain points and expectations, and determining the best ways to innovate through user experience.

  • Writing user stories, maintaining and refining backlogs, and orchestrating development sprints.

  • Ensuring the quality of products and features delivered.

  • Reviewing UX/UI designs to ensure they meet user needs.

  • Collaborating with Engineering during the implementation phase.

  • Engaging with external stakeholders, gathering feedback, and justifying product decisions.

  • Evaluating your team’s output, both for internal and external projects.

  • Assisting the sales team in evaluating potential projects, risks, and challenges.

  • Mentoring team members and supporting their growth as Product Managers.

  • Reporting insights and updates to the Chief Product Officer.

  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the Product team.
