Your Responsibilities
As a Lead Technical Product Manager, you will face a variety of challenges daily that include:
Overseeing team projects, ensuring they progress as planned, managing backlogs effectively, and developing coherent plans.
Identifying new project opportunities, comprehending user pain points and expectations, and determining the best ways to innovate through user experience.
Writing user stories, maintaining and refining backlogs, and orchestrating development sprints.
Ensuring the quality of products and features delivered.
Reviewing UX/UI designs to ensure they meet user needs.
Collaborating with Engineering during the implementation phase.
Engaging with external stakeholders, gathering feedback, and justifying product decisions.
Evaluating your team’s output, both for internal and external projects.
Assisting the sales team in evaluating potential projects, risks, and challenges.
Mentoring team members and supporting their growth as Product Managers.
Reporting insights and updates to the Chief Product Officer.
Contributing to the strategic direction of the Product team.
