Your Responsibilities
As a Lead Technical Product Manager, your days will be dynamic and filled with various challenges. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing and monitoring your team’s projects, ensuring they are on track and that backlogs are effectively managed.
Identifying new projects, understanding user pain points, and defining user experience solutions.
Writing user stories, managing backlogs, and planning development sprints.
Ensuring high quality in the products and features developed.
Reviewing UX/UI designs and supporting engineering teams during implementation.
Engaging with external stakeholders, gathering feedback, and justifying your product decisions.
Reviewing team outputs, both internal and external.
Assisting the sales team in evaluating potential product development projects and associated risks.
Mentoring team members and fostering their growth as Product Managers.
Reporting insights to the Chief Product Officer and contributing to the direction of the Product team.
