About the Role
As the Learner Experience Manager, you will be the primary advocate for our learners and the instructional team, fostering positive relationships and providing essential support throughout their journey, from education to job placement. Reporting directly to the Manager of Instructional Teams, you will ensure high levels of learner satisfaction and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance academic operations. This position is fully remote and requires a proactive approach to drive outcomes that help learners gain competence, confidence, and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive learner experience for over 200 students across 10+ cohorts, focusing on exceptional satisfaction and graduation rates.
- Serve as a strategic consultant, addressing course and technical content needs for instructors, teaching assistants, and learners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to learner satisfaction and instructor effectiveness.
- Lead and communicate with the cohort instructional team to align goals, celebrate successes, and address challenges.
- Engage with learners to track their progress, celebrate milestones, and provide guidance for career readiness.
