MSF WaCA: Regional Focus
MSF WaCA (West and Central Africa), established in 2019, is MSF's first headquarters in Africa. This office aims to reimagine MSF's approach after five decades of humanitarian work. The goal: improve access to care, enhance responsiveness, and proactively expand medical coverage for populations in need worldwide.
Why Join MSF WaCA?
Joining MSF means becoming part of an organization with over 50 years of emergency medical action and a Nobel Peace Prize (1999) for its efforts. MSF values inclusion, believing that social and professional well-being is a right for all. The organization fosters an environment that respects diversity among its members. MSF WaCA places a strong emphasis on African roots and local expertise, making each team member a key contributor to the evolution of humanitarian action worldwide.
