Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a holistic learning and development strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Perform skills gap assessments to identify current and future learning needs.
- Lead the development and delivery of programs focused on leadership, technical skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), including course development, user engagement tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with department leaders and senior management to ensure that learning initiatives support strategic priorities.
- Promote employee engagement and career progression initiatives.
- Assess the impact of training programs using both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
- Manage onboarding processes to facilitate employee integration and early engagement.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and integrate modern learning technologies and methodologies.
