You will work collaboratively with various departments to pinpoint training needs, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and empower employee development throughout their career paths.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategies and programs tailored for all levels of team members within the property.
- Work closely with department leaders to assess training needs and create customized learning solutions.
- Design engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, tailored to meet the audience's needs.
- Assist employees in crafting continuous development plans and career advancement strategies.
- Maintain and update training records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
