Role
We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Partner to champion the learning and growth initiatives across our organization. Collaborating closely with leadership and teams, you will identify essential skills and knowledge required for optimal performance and design impactful programs that drive employee development. This role is hands-on and high-impact within our rapidly growing, fully remote tech startup.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement comprehensive learning programs that facilitate employee development from onboarding through leadership training.
- Conduct ongoing learning needs assessments in partnership with team leads to pinpoint skill gaps and development priorities.
- Establish and maintain a scalable learning infrastructure, including a learning management system (LMS) and structured onboarding curriculum.
- Create engaging training content across various formats, such as e-learning modules, workshops, toolkits, and self-directed learning resources.
- Enhance our feedback cycles by developing supporting materials and training the team on communication and management enablement strategies.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, utilizing data for continuous program improvement.
About You
- You possess over 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a fast-paced tech startup or scale-up environment.
- You hold a university degree in a relevant field, such as organizational psychology.
- You are a certified Business Coach or Mediator.
- You have demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
- You are capable of working independently and can manage a program from conception to execution without extensive oversight.
- You exhibit strong stakeholder management skills and can effectively engage with leaders at varying organizational levels.
- You are data-driven, employing metrics to assess and enhance the learning programs you administer.
- You are fluent in both English and German (C1+).
