About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and evolving a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with business objectives and organizational culture. You will identify leadership capability gaps through data analysis, feedback, and organizational assessments, translating these insights into meaningful, end-to-end development solutions. This includes designing and delivering leadership programs such as workshops, cohort-based learning, coaching, mentoring, conferences, and self-paced initiatives.
