We are excited to announce the development of a new Agentic AI course and are seeking a Learning Producer/Course General Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping, designing, and launching this program.
About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Learning Producer / Course General Manager to spearhead the creation and initial rollout of a 7-8 week Agentic AI course aimed at Fortune 1000 professionals. This position is crucial, merging learning design, content production, and program execution, and involves close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and guest lecturers. You will partner with Springboard leadership and AI experts to craft a course that is not only effective and comprehensive but also stands out in its field. Our main objectives are to deliver an outstanding learning experience and to achieve exceptional outcomes.
This role is highly collaborative and ideal for individuals with entrepreneurial backgrounds or a track record as builders. We seek someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, excelling in both strategic thinking and execution.
Responsibilities
Course Research & Strategy
- Conduct a thorough analysis of 5-6 established Agentic AI courses and programs.
- Assess covered topics, capstone projects/labs, and strengths of various courses and instructors.
- Formulate insights on essential components of a cutting-edge Agentic AI course for contemporary learners.
- Assist in identifying and selecting course talent (instructors) for the program.
Course Design
- Establish a comprehensive course structure and outline, determine instructor talent utilization, learning objectives, and capstone project/assessment methods.
