We are looking for a dedicated and technically adept Learning Solutions Support Assistant to enhance our team. This role entails providing essential technical support for our organization's learning platforms, systems, and digital training tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of these systems, supporting users, and facilitating effective training delivery and organizational development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot system issues, assist in platform administration, and guarantee the reliability of our learning and information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Offer technical assistance for learning platforms and digital tools, ensuring user accessibility and smooth operations.
- Network & Infrastructure Assistance: Help maintain network connectivity and address basic networking problems impacting learning systems.
- Server Management: Aid in the administration and upkeep of Microsoft Windows servers, including routine server monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Database Management: Support database activities such as creation, queries, backups, and maintaining integrity using MSSQL.
- User Assistance: Provide prompt technical support to internal users, resolving system-related issues efficiently.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance and identify potential technical issues to minimize disruptions to learning operations.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to implement and maintain learning technology solutions effectively.
