Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a full-time Leasing Consultant to enhance our dynamic team in the greater Columbus, Ohio area. In this role, you will engage with prospective and current residents, showcasing our apartment community to maintain high occupancy levels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing sales and administrative functions, with occasional light manual tasks.
  • Developing and sustaining comprehensive knowledge of community offerings, fair housing regulations, and leasing policies.
  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all leasing documentation and resident interactions.
  • Maintaining an understanding of key community data points, including unit counts, construction details, and utility providers.
  • Staying informed about micro and macro market conditions to effectively influence sales strategies.
  • Conducting regular inspections of units and the community to ensure market readiness, addressing minor issues as needed, and collaborating with the maintenance team.
  • Serving as the primary contact for prospect and resident inquiries, converting inquiries into physical tours, and escalating complex issues to management as necessary.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences that result in positive reviews.
  • Proactively addressing resident concerns and collaborating with the Community Manager to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in after-hours resident events and engaging in community outreach initiatives to promote the attractiveness of our community.
