The Leasing Manager serves as a pivotal onsite leader, dedicated to enhancing the property’s leasing and marketing initiatives. This essential position collaborates with the property manager to ensure that community events and marketing campaigns are creative, targeted, and consistent with the PeakMade brand. You will work in tandem with your team to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident satisfaction, and retention goals.

What You’ll Do:
Leasing and Operations:
- Recruit, lead, and develop both full-time and part-time leasing staff; participate in the hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, serving as a role model for the team and representing Peak and the community.
- Oversee the planning and execution of lease-up events, renewal parties, property events, competitions, and resident programs.
- Conduct informative property tours for potential residents and proactively address their needs and concerns.
- Facilitate the leasing and renewal of beds/apartments in person, over the phone, or online.
- Assist with move-in and move-out events, including collecting deposits and associated fees as necessary.
Digital Execution:
- Regularly utilize applications such as Instagram, Facebook, Microsoft Office, Lightroom, VSCO, Canva, and other creative tools.
- Maintain an engaging and contemporary presence across all property social media platforms.
- Use Canva to create visually appealing promotional materials that showcase the lifestyle at your PeakMade community.
- Manage online reputation through platforms such as Reputation.com, JTurner, and Modern Message.
Sales and Marketing:
- Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans within budgetary constraints.
