What Do We Require?You must be available for a minimum of 8 hours per week, from Monday to Wednesday. A legal background and/or experience in asylum law is essential. You should be committed to this role for at least one year. A respectful attitude towards clients, colleagues, and partners is crucial.

What Will You Contribute?
You will provide essential support to individuals who have been undocumented in the Netherlands for an extended period. Working alongside colleagues, you will explore pathways to obtain a residence permit or, if that is not feasible, the options for voluntary repatriation to their country of origin. This journey often requires persistence and patience, but your dedication and expertise can make a significant difference. Together, you will identify realistic opportunities and solutions.

What Will You Do?

  • Investigate options for acquiring a residence permit and/or returning to the country of origin.
  • Conduct thorough research using our system (VluchtWeb) and perform case studies.
  • Engage in discussions with clients.
  • Communicate with legal representatives.
