Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the transfer of legal cases between various FBI units and update tracking databases as necessary.

- Organize and process cases received from other FBI departments or external agencies and maintain accurate tracking databases.

- Monitor case progress, including checking Courtlink notifications, updating case files, tracking records, monitoring workflow, and reporting on progress.

- Follow and implement security protocols, documenting and executing permissions to access case information upon receiving written authorization from a Government task lead.

- Respond to case updates, including drafting correspondence related to cases and inquiries directed to FBI divisions and field offices.
