The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel to become a vital part of our expanding in-house legal team and support our global scaling efforts.
You will work closely with Go-To-Market teams and founders, providing practical, commercially-oriented legal support that drives deal momentum, effectively manages risk, and enables confident decision-making.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-team collaboration, and contributes to the evolution of a modern, impactful legal function within a rapidly growing AI company.
Your Impact
Negotiate and review customer agreements, including enterprise SaaS MSAs, DPAs, renewals, and upsells.
Enhance enterprise deal velocity by providing swift, pragmatic, and risk-conscious legal guidance.
Assist with privacy, data protection, and security issues related to customers and vendors.
Contribute to managing sub-processor contracting and compliance obligations.
Help develop and refine legal playbooks, templates, and scalable processes.
Engage in customer legal discussions as necessary.
Support the legal team in streamlining repetitive tasks and enhancing overall efficiency.
