Role Overview
As our Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in Verto’s global operations. You will serve as the primary legal advisor for the organization, collaborating closely with senior leadership, product, and compliance teams. We seek a dynamic legal professional who embodies commercial acumen and is adept at navigating the complexities of risk and reward, enabling swift and confident business decisions.
Your Responsibilities
1. Commercial & Contractual Law
- Drafting & Negotiation: Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial agreements, including customer terms, partner contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Revenue Enablement: Optimize daily contracting procedures to promote revenue growth, ensuring legal processes keep up with the fast-paced fintech landscape.
